Commitment to security

At Inixa, we consider Information Security a vital aspect to guarantee the achievement of the company's business objectives.

It is a goal for Inixa to maintain our obligation to guarantee maximum security in the services we provide and for our Clients' data.

Security guarantees

At Inixa, we commit to guarantee:

  • The confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the services we offer and the data we handle in our systems.
  • The authenticity and non-repudiation of authorship of electronic communications in our environment and laboratories, H2M and M2M.
  • Full traceability and evidence of all actions executed on data and information systems in our operational environment.

Management approach

Risk and capability management, continuous training and awareness, as well as safeguarding our operational, organizational, and legal framework through its alignment with security objectives, are priority aspects of our company.

Both the leaders and management of Inixa in their commitment to lead and promote security at all levels, as well as the different Researchers and collaborators of our company know these principles and are committed to the fulfillment of:

  • The objectives that are defined and approved, both in the general and particular scope.
  • Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements to manage the protection and distribution of assets.
  • The performance of the Management System for information security.

Cybersecurity context

We are facing a very difficult situation in terms of Cybersecurity, which continues to grow in its complexity and impact on our society and economy. It requires the collaboration, effort, and empathy of all the parties involved who work together in Cyberspace.

Policy management

This policy has been developed with the consensus of the Security Committee, and the collaboration of the entire Inixa team. It has been approved by Management and is published on the corporate network.

It will be reviewed annually and modified when the Security Committee deems it relevant for its continuous improvement.
